I love shrimps, I'm the only one in my family that love shrimps oysters and crayfish. I do all mine on bamboo skewers but those metal ones look the part. Mmmm I'm thinking shrimp cocktail tonight?? Thanks for the reminder.

OUP, i wouldn't cut them all down
i love that they fit the long way across my skewer rack
they fit better on the gasser the long way
and i still have my skewers that fit across the short way = SUCK!
and they fit on the OldSmokey whichever way a lay them
it took me 2 days diggin' DEEP through Google to find these
;)

I call them shrimps now.

Shrimp campenchana. It's our go to dish as far back as I can remember. Shrimp, onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, a little cocktail sauce or tomato sauce, cilantro and avocado. I like to put a shot of tequila over the top for added bliss.
