My first attempt at brisket was a small flat. As yours mine was also kinda dry. :dont:

Looks like I'll try again Saturday. Picked up a 15# packer at Costco a week ago. Was planning on smoking it last weekend but weather man forecasted snow. Supposed to snow again this weekend :roll:

Speaking of cats....years back we had 2 cats. Darn things lived close to 20 years old.
One of the cats was scared of a dog we had back then a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
That one cat spent the last few years of its life on our roof. Only come down when the dog was in the house. Every time it rained I'd find a bunch of dried up cat turds on my deck that got washed off the roof :roll:

Justin, it's actually a "Collectors Item" or so I was told by the Stihl Store that ordered me a new chain :laughing7: :D :lol: I bought it in 1980 - - - I think it's a Farm Boss AV with 18" bar. :dont:
