Starting to become a tradition in our household, at least until lent!
Started with some bacon wrapped asparagus for an appetizer. It's on the grill right now.
Got some good looking ribeyes for the main course,
Seasoned up and ready for the charcoal.
More to come!

Re: Steak night!
Well, it took so long for photobucket to upload the pictures, so the asparagus is ready! Seasoned them with a little bit of gator's cajun seasoning. It was great!
I need to work on my wrapping technique. No leftovers though, so that's good.
I left the ends of the asparagus on as my buffer and kept them towards the fire. Cut 'em off when we took them off.

Re: Steak night!
Happy bellies!
Reverse seared. Total cook time, around 12 minutes.
The pictures don't really do it justice. Seems to have over exposed a bit. Right at medium rare.
Enjoyed it with a romaine salad, baked russets and avocado.
And a nice zin! (ignore the nosy five year old!)
Thanks for looking!
