Decided to do some chicken breast's so we could have wrap's for lunch for the next couple of day's and 1" rib eye's for our supper last night. When the chicken hit about 145 the steaks went on, again, when the chicken was around 160 the steaks were at about 145 so they went over the fire for about 1 minute each side, didn't have time to let them rest, I was hungry, but they turned out tender with a slight pink in the middle.
