Don't get me wrong, we get through a lot of garlic, my friend grows it on his farm. He would give me about a 15 or .20 litre bucket every year.

I was just razz'n ya a bit Russ, lol.

We like to cut the tops of the bulbs, drizzle evoo and old bay on top and slow bake them till they Brown up and squeeze the paste out into our home made mashed taters. Mix with some milk, fresh Grana Padana , grated Ramano and smoked bacon diced up.

Good stuff :mrgreen:
