Just saw you compeleted your brisket. Looks good brotha! First briskets are the best because you learn so much. Then your next brisket will taste even better. Good job! Eveyone learns their smoker and the way they like cooking. Cant wait to see your next smoke.

I smoked my first one but didn't get any bark on it what did I do wrong. I used a dry rub
