The wife will be gone all weekend so the kids and I will probably do lots of seafood. Maybe a salmon, talapia, scallop roll seared at 500+ for about 60 seconds per side.

Just made it home after being gone for two weeks. Ready for some smoke'in. Just hanging out tommorrow, maybe a little fishing. Sunday, doing a bunch of ribs to take back to the construction site for the guys that have been helping us out. Go back on Mon for another two or three stretch. Not gonna think too much about that, just going to hang with Cindy and relax. :goof: Have a good weekend all!

Well, I *was* going to fry a load of turkeys for Turkeyfest on Saturday, but I'm running sleep studies instead. I wouldn't mind much, but this week was almost all 12 hr days, and I was really looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Not gonna happen.

Well the loving spouse put in a order for beef stew for dinner so rather than take yet another beating I'll be making beef stew. Don't know what else will be done. A car dealer put a coupon in the paper for a free turkey so I checked it out, they gave me a turkey no pressure no sales talk nothing. Should I feel guilty?

No. Just remember that you were treated with respect and no high pressure sales at that location. That is rare. They will earn your business the next time you need a car maybe?
