We might use the grill this weekend, not sure. Les smoked 3 butts and a loin on Wednesday but didn't take pics because I had the camera with me at school.

Well, I have a 10 pound top sirloin tip roast that I'm going to use HMII on. 8) and a couple Scotch Eggs for snackin'. 8) Sun. night drunkin' shrimp and scallops on the grill. :D

:shock: These weekends keep sneakin up on me. Probably nothin on the smoker unless I get a pork loin out and stuff it. Or maybe I will finally smoke some salmon.

Hmmm, better call my wife and find out what I am doing :roll:
