I was thinking you got a little ahead of the rest of us this week. lol

I have no clue! Saturday is supposed to rain and we have to finish assembling Halloween costumes which will involve shopping. Les mentioned smoking a butt and some other piece of pork he bought at Sam's. I haven't really looked at it. lol Maybe Sunday since it's not supposed to rain.

Since I'm stuck in Dublin, Ireland this weekend, I guess my menu will consist of a bunch of Guinness!

Have a great time SC, I need to go up there and visit my grand kiddies soon. Don't know what I'll do this w/e I'll be unsupervised Saturday so it's hard telling. I doubt I'll be cooking as I have plenty already vac-bagged in the freezer.

I had'nt planned on cooking anything, just relaxing. The Boss called while I was on the way home, she had caught spares and briskies on sale. Looks like a couple of racks of spares and a brisket for me.
