Don't know yet. Guess it's time to go to the store and look about. Mrs mentioned something about Shark Steaks on sale at Sneaky Albertson's.

Probably the only thing to get cooked outside this weekend will be a couple of chickens...

Chuckeyes or burgers depending on if I feel like grinding,
maybe smoke a cornbeef for some 'strami.

Definitely gonna herald in the fall with a roasted sketti squash.

I loves me some sketti squash.

Hi all 'yall Dallas folk. If you come out to the State Fair this weekend, stop by the Food and Fiber Pavilion and say hello. I will be sampling SuckleBusters from 2 - 4 PM on Sunday.

The F&F Pavilion is to the right of the main stage...behind the fried coke  , fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches  and fried cookie dough stand  . Dang if they dont fry everything out there! I digress. :D

Come on by and say hi, I'll set you up on a sample. 8)

I got up at 0400 to a rainy morning from the hurricane that hit Mexico. I fired up my Kamado #7 and rubbed 1/4 cabrito and one baby back and a small beef finger rib slab. I'm just cookin for me and my wife. I'm takin pics and videoing the process. I like sittin in my patio and watchin the rain and smellin the smoke from the BBQ.. Life is Good!!! :D

No major cooking outside for us this weekend. Tonight, we're planning on grilling up some Hawaiian Turkey Burgers from one of my Taste of Home cookbooks. We've had them before but I mixed the turkey in with ground beef. This time will be just the turkey.
