This is what I grilled on Mon.I took a 2lb round steak,pounded it about a 1/4 of an inch.Stuffed it with a mixture of,oregano,parsley,garlic,& a three cheese blend.Tied it up,& cooked the steak on a hot grill,till all four sides got browned.About twenty min.Grilled some corn,& that was supper.The steak was good,but I could have used a little less oregano.
