Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

I see some yellow there too, so unless I miss my guess, I THINK this is an artistic gesture to express his travel to obtain this fine looking beef, and represents the colors of the traffic lights he encountered along the way. Just a guess :dont:
