Texas meets Down Under

Postby Gator » Sun Sep 16, 2007 8:50 pm

I had a hankering for steak tonight. I also had some Australian wine and beer in the fridge so – what the heck, SuckleBusters goes down under!

Texas Gold Dust meets T-bone meets Australian red wine:

It was a nice blend of spicey and sweet:

Washed down with a Haagen – ahhhhh!

Dang...makes me want to load up my Sheila and the Wallaby and head off to the Billibong. Looks tasty. Know that Aussie beer can produce a buzz purty easy.
