Scallops

The juice from five tangelos, jest of one tangelos, orange liqueur, raisins, and some honey went into a pot and was reduced in half. Cooled then marinated the scallops for 3 hours.

XL BGE up to 560 - marinade back in the pot to boil.

Cut a mango in half and grilled on the grid then on the half moon waiting on the sweet potatoes. Little EVOO and some Hoochie Mama on the sweet potatoes then on to the salt block

Scallops on the block for about 3 minutes a side
