A little bloody ......but still good!
Tri Tip grilled direct to sear and indirect to finish to a internal temp of.......red meat goodness
I used Santa Maria seasoning cooked over Basque lump ( from my friend waaaay up North ) and some grilled pierogies(first time I've grilled them ) A little steamed brocolli in the background..........I don't think it matters but my daughter still needs her vitamins

Great job Puff! Beautiful pictures as usual. Are tri-tips hard to find? Tell me about the taste. Like filet consistency? Those would be just a tad bloody for me, but Hubby would love it! I like mine more towards medium.
Are they real expensive?
