Picked up 9 slabs of REEEEEBs last night + 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp. I'm taking the boys camping this weekend with the Indian Guides, then back home for Mother Day on Sunday.

Im cooking Saturday night for 20 people.

REEEEEBBs baby REEEEBBBBSSS, love 'em.

Tonight I am trying a new hamburger recipe (modified),
Saturday is going to be a tri tip (found a butcher to cut me one) and Sunday my wife wants some steaks (not sure what kind yet). Will put some potatoes on and some sweet pepers, onion, and saute some mushrooms.

Picking up a Weber Performer tomorrow from craigs list, so intend to give it a workout :chef:

Two birthdays parties on Saturday. Probably grill something on Sunday, give Einstein and IK a well deserved rest.

Well, no cookin for the weekend...

Went to PF Changs last night and headed to Texas de Brazil tonight! :D :D :D

Haven't bought my wife anything for MD yet, so I think that I am gonna take her down so she can pick out a nice set of knives or something. Ya know, turn her loose in Wal-Mart with a $10 bill!

Friday night why did fish tacos. Grilled Halibut, lettuce cheese and some hab/roasted pineable sauce. Yesterday went to a couple different birthday parties. Grilled Elk steak at one, brauts and burgers at the other. The Elk was great, cooked to medium rare. Today, not sure was the day will bring but I do have to go the store as we're out of coffee.
