I think it would have to be a Porterhouse steak. :D :D
Thick cut porkchops are a close second. :D

I'm with SC. It's *all* good!

Most common items I cook are ABTs, burgers, chix breasts, and sausages. Don't do steak *near* like I'd like, and don't tend to plan far enough ahead to try different stuff.
