Country Style Ribs

Postby OSD » Sun May 06, 2007 7:10 pm

I cooked up some country style ribs for dinner. I put them on a hot grill to sear them, then set them off to the side and let them cook slow with indirect heat til almost done then sauced them ( the wife likes them this way ) for the last 20 min. Fixed some beans, cold cucumber & onion salad, and deviled eggs. :D :D

I'll have to try that, SC. :D I was taught to sear first to seal in the juices. :D I'm always up for trying something new to me. :D Thanks for the tip. :D :D

Thanks everyone :D :D
Copkid, a little of both depends on how much salt you use. :D The worst part about making them is having to let them set in the frig for a couple days before they are ready to eat  :D
I'll post up the recipe when I get home from work today. :D :D
