Family Steak Night

Postby Smoking Piney » Tue Apr 16, 2024 7:04 pm

Just my wife and I. A strip for her rubbed simple with salt, and a slab ribeye for me rubbed with SB Campfire and Espresso.

Grilled hot and fast on the BGE with mesquite chips for smoke.

Early pics awaiting a vegetable from Momma.
