Don't know why BUT I BOUGHT A NEW YORK STRIP instead of my usual Center Cut Tenderloin Steak to Grill AND I WON"T BE DOIN THAT AGAIN

I agree but the taste of the Tenderloin is what makes it more "Beautiful"
