Wagyu burgers and poppers

Pulled the small Weber at the station for dinner:
Wagyu beef with mushrooms and onions topped with cheese, poppers with johnsonville maple breakfast sausage and my bacon, sweet corn which was excellent and a veggie salad.

Thanks guys. Never grilled wagyu before. Lots of flair ups from the oil and it was hard to keep it from burning the bacon. The jalapeños and Serrano's were wickedly hot but we ate all but 5 of them.
