pork tender lunch

Postby CaptJack » Sun May 26, 2019 3:22 pm

Sunday lunch - bbq roasted onion & pork tender
1/2 chimney of briquets & lump mesquite
i started the onion 20'mins ahead
should have been at least 30'min or more
but it was still excellent
pork tenders finished in 20'min
w/ mac/pico & pintos/pico
on the patio

for the fun of it
JIB taco sauce on one
and TB Hot taco on the other
both were excellent

What sailor said, great setting. You get a guy in to do the lawns, right?
