Ribs on the Egg

Postby Smoking Piney » Sun Feb 17, 2019 7:01 pm

A freezer dive revealed a rack I had cut in half to store, and it fit right into my chore schedule today. :D

They're rubbed with Myron's Basic Meat Rub, cooked hot and fast on the BGE at 350 for close to 2 hours. Sauced with Sweet baby Rays and on the heat for about 8 minutes to set the sauce.

I used a few chunks of apple for smoke, but BGE's don't give up the smoke ring too easily.

They tasted great! :D
