Two days before I made some deboned Leg of Lamb. I made it for about 4 hours so that it was supertender.

Man I think you were bought up,in New Zealand, we love lamb and you've done it proud. Excellent result. Was that mint you paired with the lamb.?

I tried to make something like this and waited until my family ate it to tell them the good news. It was lamb that they ate. All of a sudden they all refused to eat it. I thought it was excellent. I had one daughter that would not speak to me for a week after. “How could you force me to eat lamb?” She said.

Lol, I buy my salami from a place called blackball, I got some venison salami and didn't tell my daughter what it was until, later, she started dry retching, said how could anyone kill a poor deer. She's never had it since, lol.
