The Bananas are normaly part of the Banana Cupcakes. But yesterday my wife forgot them to put inside, so they waiting in their bag for being used today

Thx for the praise, but just take ur iPhone in Portrait Mode or take a better Camera with a 50mm portrait Objective. Then u will see, that the fotos do not cost any time and on the other side, it makes a lot of fun

As far as the Camera goes, I definitely need and have needed an updated one along with a new hard drive for my desktop and they are on my "Round Tuit List" ;) :salut: :laughing7:

Nice work on those fajitas! I'm jealous that you have access to outside skirt. I never see outside skirt steak here at the grocery store as I've been told that most outside skirt here in Texas is sold to all the Mexican restaurants and we regular folk have access to the sub-par inside skirt so these days I just buy sirloin steak to make my fajitas.

Oh, by the way, I'm going to make the assumption that you live in Duesseldorf? I think I see the Rheinturm in the backround and is that the Duessel in the forefront? Freundliche gruesse.

Thx a lot
It was the first time that i bought this cut. It isn´t available all the time but i buy this in a BBQ Specialized mail order business. The have some special cuts which i do not get in normal butcher shops. And they have a very good Quality. It´s one of my favourite shops: www.clickandgrill.de

Nono, i do not live in Düsseldorf. I live in Munich. The tower u see was the TV Tower of Munich in the Olympiagelände and the small water i live at is the Nymphenburger Kanal.
Ebenso freundliche Grüße :D

Ahhh...Munich! Things are becoming much clearer now. Now I know why you're on this Texas BBQ forum; they say Bavaria is the "Texas" of Germany. Grüß Gott!!
