Hey guys...its been awhile since I have been here...and looks like the site has really grown...congratulations!!!

I was on here when the site first started up and tried what was coming out...mighty fine rubs here at Sucklebusters...now my question... :D

We have a grand opening this coming Saturday at our new hunting store..

http://mirrorhunting.com/

So whats the best seasonings you guys have found that worked for you with pig meat on the smoker???

We will be smoking wild pig for everyone that drops by and jsut wondering about what to use ...I know its all good ...just wanted some of you guys opinions!!!

Thanks

Welcome back and good luck with the new store!

I've come to like this rub on a lot of things.

If ya want another option, take a look at texas bbq and the "Texas Wild" version of their rub... also very good.

I made some wild hog medallions a month or so ago http://www.texasbbqforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=5749 I usually keep it pretty simple and end up very happy with the results.

tex 8)
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.
