Smoked Rustler's Venison Hot Sticks

I finally got around to making some of these treats or should I say I finally killed a deer so I could make some of these little sausages. They are killer and will not last long. I did not make enough and will have to grind up some more deer meat. ET :D

Brined and Peppered backstrap along with a neck roast are on the smoker right now. We will be having it tomorrow. :D
