Smoked Boudain for Christmas

I've been getting some really good Boudain from a guy I met out of Liberty, Tx. and decided to throw some on the Smoker. This stuff was addictive cooked in the oven, now it's like crack on steroids!!!
After about an hour at 225 over Oak, and a little Mesquite
