Either bone-in or boneless will work. I prefer bone-in but its just that, a preference. Chuck is Chuck

It will work great. I prefer the bone-in. I think they have a little more flavor.

Yeppers, I've done 'em with the bone and without... I do prefer the bone-in variety but, either will work out fine for ya.
