Puff, I think it was about 4.5 or 5 lbs. Doctored it up real good with Gator's own Sucklebusters. Put it in the gas smoker with hickory chips. Had it in smoke for about fourty five minutes. Let it go for three hours at 225. Put it the wrap for three more hours. Took off and let rest. Then ate it!! :lol: :lol:

Well it looked darn good!
I have yet to try the SuckleBusters on a brisket(sorry Gator :oops: )
I will for sure now. I'm sure the sammies tomorrow will be great Rich :wink:
