Since ribs are one of the most popular meats to BBQ.
How do you like your ribs? Do you like your ribs served Wet-with sauce or Dry-just cooked with a rub. I like mine dry with sauce on the side.

So far, I have only served dry with sauce on the side. I should add that I just became able to make ribs that are halfway good.
I am planning to try some wet soon, but since we all like the rub I have been using, everyone asks for them dry, and they will use sauce if they want.

Generally I serve 'em dry w/ dipping sauce. I had great luck recently with searing a lime brown sugar sauce into a few racks recently. Didn't sauce 'em heavy, just enough to have a light coating before throwin' 'em over direct heat for a few minutes.
Personally, I figure if you're confident enough to serve 'em dry, they're good. Besides, I usually have a couple of sauces, so dry ribs make it easier for folks to use what they want.

I just looked at the pole again. OSD left off one more choice. How about...
