Why wait for the weekend ?

Well I dont have to wait for the weekend to cook because of a broken leg, so Wedsneday im gonna do some ribs, a Pork Butt, and a Fattie. My wife is out of school now so I have a little help, No need to wait for the weekend, lets start the party early !!!!!! I will be posting pics, before, during and after .

IF you can't Barbeque with the big dogs, stay on the Porch !!!

Now, I'm gonna put this charcoal in a nice Geometrical shape, called a PILE......
