Since joining this forum yesterday, I think I have put on an additional 4lbs. already.
I absolutely love everything about BBQ. I think some of the best times I have shared with friends and family have been around a smoker. Maybe it's the deeply embedded caveman in all of us that makes smoking and Q'ing so special.
Now if the weather would just cooperate a little this week, I may have to burn a little more meat.
