sirloin tip roast
I plan on smoking a sirloin tip this weekend - S,P&G rub. Low and slow with light hickory smoke. Cook until internal temp of 130 - pull, foil and rest for about an hour. Slice thin for supper and later for sandwiches. Any thoughts on this - anyone done a sirlioin tip on the smoker? Your ideas are more than welcome!!!!

Sounds like a good plan to me. Here's a link to one I did a while back.

Thanks, OSD - I have some Hoochie Mama, so may give that a try. Have to clear it with my wife -----I'm looking forward to it, so I'm hoping it turns out good.
