Tried something different and it’s good

Postby Rambo » Sun Apr 14, 2024 1:08 pm

It’s just 2 of us now and I was in SAMs the other day and saw a thick Corned Beef Flat in a package, vacumn sealed. I said what the heck I’ll try it, perfect size. I took it out of the package last night; rinse it, and put it in a 9x13 Pyrex pan with 2 6oz cans of Pineapple Juice. Started the fire at 6 this morning and slow smoked it until 12 with 1836. It’s very tasty. Perfect for old retired couples
