3 bone in chicken breasts, a whole pork loin, 2 little brisket flats I got at HEB, and some bacon burnt ends. The chicken and pork are done; those brisket flats are not cooperating; and a small slab of St. Louis ribs. Pictures later

They grabbed the chicken before I could get a picture. All came out great: trimmed brisket flats are challenging

Don’t care for trimmed flats either. Challenging enough when the brisket is whole.

Do you put anything in with the vac sealed brisket slices? I’ve not tried to vac seal it already sliced and think it would be more convenient for 2 people.
