Do you eat that bologna cold or do you heat it back up.

Typically cold, but I've been known to fry it up for a little smo-fried action.

It really looks good. I have never done one myself. I think I have already told this story, but I was up at the traders village up there during a cook off. And a guy cored out the center of one with a piece of pvc pipe. Stuffed it with pimento cheese, plugged the ends up and smoked it.
