Saturday's UDS Cook

I cooked for the second time Saturday on the UDS. Smoked some spare ribs and a Butt. The ribs were delicious and the Butt was OK. Ribs were better, but then they always are.

It all looks great! Ain't UDSs great!...

Now, I've got a secret... I've never cooked a butt in my UDSs... Gonna have to rectify that soonish.

I really don't know why I ever cook butts. (maybe because they are cheaper) Ribs have so much better taste. I had the ribs and butt both on the table at supper last night. The taste difference was surprising.
Best thing about the UDS is that I can take my usual afternoon nap with it cooking.
