Pix of the fatties & the plated food didn't come out the camera in a useable format :banghead:

Jim was right that the Roast would take off fast after 100*,

Used my rub on the Chucks, and Stubb's Beef Marinade on the Roast. Wasn't all that impressed with the marinade, but it is the first time I've used a marinade in years.

Since we got 6" of partly cloudy last night, it should be real high tomorrow when the temps go back into the 60s 8)
