Up the butt chicken. What are you using
For those using the beer can chickens, what resulting liquid have you found works the best?

Re: Up the butt chicken. What are you using
I've always just used 3/4 can of beer with some seasoning added. Taste wise for me is JUST great moisture and flavor.

Re: Up the butt chicken. What are you using
I'm going to try using a pineapple for the stand and see how it does. My brothers swear by it. As long as it fills the family up and I get some leftovers for the next couple of days I'll be happy. Take the unused pineapple and make a salsa for tacos.

Bobby: "No."
