I fired up my WSM with a chimney of lump on one side of the cooker, threw in a couple lumps of cherry.I cooked my rabbit on indirect heat for an hour, sauced and finished over the coals for some colour.I built a big batch of beans with the leftover chopped point I had in the freezer, also had carrots in brown sugar and butter and garden salad, turned out great for a quick fix.
