Breakfast BBQ

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun Apr 13, 2008 10:03 am

Went to the Commerce cook-off yesterday and hung out around the judging area to pick up pointers. Nice cook-off, but I didn't cook, so I didn't have anything at home to eat. This morning, I was wondering how I was going to satisfy my BBQ yearning, when I remembered the PP I had in the freezer. Some flour tortillas, potatos, eggs, cheese and PP, and I had some great pulled pork breakfast burritos. Good eats!
BTW - I didn't cook at the cook-off, but my wife did enter beans. 1st place for her - she did a great job!

Every time I look at a pic of good food, I start to get hungry!

Congrats to your wife on the good showing.
