Okay, maybe not entirely smoked. Smoking is an addiction, and I ain't even talkin' about tobaccy. I decided to smoke some ground beef for taco meat, to make a Mexican Beef Casserole dish. I can confirm edibility.

The smoke added a nice little extra flavor profile I imagine

As Rambo said: interesting. How long did you smoke it and at what temperature?

Re: Smoked Taco Beef Casserole?
Good Monday, gents. The temperature wavered between 225 and 350. I wasn't too concerned, because ground beef doesn't take long. I probably had it on for about an hour, maybe a little more. The key is just to take it off after it has "browned."
