Howdy, Fellers - 1st Official Smoke on my Weber Kettle

Postby jwh » Sat Dec 18, 2021 2:05 pm

Several years back, I made the mistake of signing a multi-year lease at an apartment complex wherein I could no longer smoke. It was a rash & foolish decision, but one I made nonetheless. Praise be to the Lord, I am back in a house, out in the country, and while I don't have a proper smoker yet, I did pick up a Weber Kettle, and my first official smoke is going to be this pork butt (seein' as how briskies are $400,000 a pound right now). Hope to be posting more than once a year now. :laughing7:
