Indeed. I want a WSM again, but I’ll have to save up. Maybe an offset a little later. For now, I’ll use this kettle.

You can try pizza on Blackstone Griddle as it offers unique taste to the Pizza. It's one of my favorite food to grill.

Thanks! It turned out excellent taste wise. Nothin' beats the bark of a brisket, though.

the kettle is one of the most versatile cookers I have ever owned, it can grill or smoke and does a good job if properly fueled.
Ours is over 15 years old and still going, honestly wondering if they ever wear out? It has lived it life under a patio cover so the weather has yet to take its toll.
I like you have been on break from cooking much due to work but that is letting up some and I am finding time to cook and get back on the forum some.. :D
