Pulled pork with N.C Mustard sauce

Postby Norway Joe » Sat Oct 09, 2021 3:12 pm

Had my parents over for dinner today and opted for pulled pork from a boneless should butt.

Rubbed with meat church's holy cow rub. 5 hours in the smoker before I wrapped it in foil and another 5 hours on the smoker. Pulled at internal 205f.

Served on a hamburger bun topped with sauce and slaw. Fries as side.

Also made a new sauce for us. Last time I made Pulled pork K.A.M shared a recipe of a N.C mustard sauce in my post. We decided to try it and it was excellent. Very different from what we usually do, but I love mustard so this was great.

Oldest son doesn't like mustard so he got a local sauce. Since this is a family friendly forum I can't post it's name in English here so use Google translate if you're curious.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
