These are from Saturday 9.18.2021 - we were clearbring the kids birthday and we had the family over. This was the first that I got to smoke something for my whole family

Overall the feedback was great!

Looks great, I have a InkBird 6x temp set that works great for watching the temps . catch em on discount for cheap once in awhile. has a temp alarm for high and low so if fire issue your not surprised by something ugly lol
PB AustinLX, Weber Performer, Weber E310 , 250g trailer pit , 36" cowboy grill, bunch of other ways to burn food.
