looks good Joe, the wife sometimes makes breakfast tacos with left over pulled pork scrambled into the eggs then rolled up in a tortilla. The folks at work go crazy when I open those in the morning and they smell the smoke coming off them. I top them with a seasoning called "temper temper" I get from a place in the Dallas area called Pendrys, the chili cookers use it, it is the hottest stuff I have ever tasted, it has a mix of peppers; Just a pinch will do ya..
Don't count every day, Make every day Count
Good Cue to ya..

Thanks. Great idea. Breakfast tacos sounds delicious. I'll try that.

Yes, actually.

Slivovitz is worse. :laughing7:
Cool. Slivovitz isn't drinkable. Aquavit is Norways answer to Cognac.

Aquavit is Norway's answer to a hard next day been there done it.   Ill stick to Tequila my friend. Your pork looks awesome for sure. We usually go with sliders, mustard sauce and cole slaw but those tacos look very inviting. :D
If you like mustard sauces give this one a try. A good friend of mine named Roxy came up with this one. We call it Roxy's S.C mustard sauce.

Mustard Vinegar Sauce:
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Yellow mustard
1/4 cup onion finely minced
2 cloves garlic pureed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For a smoother sauce, blend on high for a few minutes.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

I suggested sliders here, but youngest wanted tacos, it was after all Friday and that is taco day in our house, if not entire country.

For a smoother sauce, blend on high for a few minutes.
Thanks. I'm not sure if tequila gives you a better day after, speaking of experience :laughing7:

I love all kinds of mustard so I will definitely try the sauce. Thanks for sharing, appreciate it.

10/4 on the after day with Tequila but I seem to manage it a bit easier lol.
