While the oven is preheating the crust goes into the 12” CI to heat and crisp up.
Scrambled some breakfast fatty, onions, and peppers, layered onto crust, top with cheese.
It’s pretty darn good.

Saturday nights are usually pizza in the Ooni pizza oven.
