Unplanned lamb chops

Postby bowhnter » Fri Mar 26, 2021 5:55 pm

I don’t login too often anymore, now that I’m part time, I need to rectify that.

Once, long ago, I grilled some leg a lamb. Neither my bride or I cared for it.
Today walkin thru Sams, my wife spotted these lamb chops and I guess she forgot that we had lamb before.

I had never had lamb chops prior to today we were both pleased! It’s goin in the rotation.

Should definitely drop in more often. Those look killer.

Parts asked the right question for sure. What’s on ‘em. They sure look tasty

My wife marinated them in evoo, mint, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder.

We will marinade longer next time, but...

Pretty awesome.

Looks great. The wife and I both love those. Try some fresh rosemary in your marinade.

Those looks great. I enjoy lamb chops. It's been a while though. I did some lamb ribs a while back but didn't care for them. Probably my fault, I will try again one of these days but finish on a hot Grill to get a good char.

From the land of lamb I crown you the king of lamb cooks, 10/10 those mid loin chops I could lick the screen. Overnight marinade with fork stabs in the meat. Agree on rosemary as well. My wife's fave is lamb chops like yours but with tandoori paste with yoghurt. Next level IMHO.
